A Story about a homeless man who ended up on the streets of Manchester after his lover died in a car crash that he caused . he beats himself up every day of his life trying to pay for his act as he was high on drink and drugs . can you forgive this man, Manchesters invisible man.
Manchesters Invisible Man Walks out of town With bags in hand Hes tryin to stand Swayin this way and that Yeah hes on spice You know its not nice Took his life away And back In the day He had a life With no trouble and strife But one day He lost all hope Cos his lover died he cried Now his heads all fried Stuck on dope Its no joke He wants to croak Yeah the Manchester invisible man Can he be forgiven Cos it was all his fault His lover died High on drink and drugs he crashed the car He went too far she died at the scene His head relives the scream It wasn’t a dream thought he was tough been livin it rough for years So now hes Trudgin the streets of Manchester His life and soul Snubbed out He cant forgive himself So he takes it out on himself Beatin himself up And Livin It rough Doesn’t want any help As a dog starts to yelp He wants to be invisible And miserable Yeah the Manchester Invisible man Walkin out of town With bags in hand Hes tryin to stand Swayin this way and that Hes served his sentence Do you fell sorry for this man will you do all you can To help Manchesters invisible man Cos hes carrying the can.
